1. Roomba j7+ iRobot from iRobot.
The Roomba J7+, iRobot's most advanced robot to date is the Roomba J7+. Its most notable innovation, however, is its camera-based obstacle-detection system. It uses AI to identify objects like charging cords and shoes. It's also the first robot to automatically send you a picture of an object it encounters so you can tell it to stay clear of it in the future.
The Combo j7+ is also the most effective mop-bot we've ever tested, removing dirt and spills with ease while leaving no trace it was there. It's simple to control via the iRobot Home app that allows you to schedule cleaning times and set up Keep Out Zones to make sure it doesn't vacuum areas you don't want it to. And it's compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, so you can control it from start to stop using your voice.

In our tests, we observed that the j7+ was quick to took away dirt, dust, and hair from pets. The rubber brushes that counter-rotate kept the debris in place instead of scattering it on the floor. It was able to capture small pieces of gravel, sand, and even a little grit. Most robots could not do this. It did all without getting caught up in our pet's hair.
The j7+, while not as smart as the Roomba S9 for $1,217+ Self-Emptying Vacuum from iRobot, and isn't able to clean the stairs, it's an excellent choice for those who need both mopping and a vacuum. It's not too expensive, and the iRobot application makes it user-friendly to use.
While the iRobot Home app is very easy to use, we've found it to be less reliable than other applications that utilize robotic cleaners. It can take some time to download updates, and it is sometimes difficult to know whether they're working until you actually see them in action.
2. Roborock Q5+
If you're looking to purchase a robot vacuum that does more than just clean floors, your best option is probably a hybrid. This category of bots typically has a built-in water tank which means they can vacuum and mop your house at the same time. They also come with various additional features like smart mapping and small object avoidance and the capability to wash and dry mopping pads. The disadvantage is that they tend to be expensive at retail, but on Black Friday and Cyber Monday they are often reduced in price.
Roborock is one of our favorite robot vacuums and the Q5+ is no exception. It's their most affordable auto-empty model. While it doesn't have some of the premium features you'll find on higher-end models (like no-go zones and multi-story memory) it's still an excellent choice if you're willing to sacrifice a little to save hundreds of dollars.
The Q5+ is noticeable soft around obstacles like wall legs and table legs and walls, which makes it a great choice for homes with lots of furniture. It's also extremely thorough in cleaning dust bunnies. This is a area where many cheaper robot vacuums aren't able to meet. The Q5+'s navigation is superb, with only a few mishaps along walls and in corners.
Like other Roborock devices, the Q5+ can be controlled by the buttons on the device or via the Roborock app. With the app you can start and stop cleaning or schedules, establish virtual barriers and no-go zones and modify your home map or re-label rooms.
If you choose the Q5+ model, it comes with a brand new auto emptying dock that is designed to make the robot easier to maintain. Installing it requires a screwdriver, but once it's installed emptying the bin is done with relative ease. It also has an impressive LCD display which is great to have when setting up schedules or altering settings. This isn't a necessity for most people, but it's one that can help you keep track of your robot's maintenance intervals effortlessly.
3. Narwal Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot mop and vacuum that's incredibly smart in both its mopping and vacuuming capabilities. Its design and function are some of the top available however, it's also expensive.
The base station looks nice and is easily hidden when not in use, and its size is quite compact. But the station's main selling feature is the way it automatizes various tasks and functions that most other robots will leave to you. It stores clean and dirty water, it electrolyzes and heats the water (which most other robovacs require you to do) also emptying the dustbin after vacuuming, and ensures that your robot charged and clean.
And its vacuuming is impressive as well. It's one of the few robot vacuums I've tested that do an excellent job of collecting debris from unfinished floors, and it's not nearly as loud as the more expensive Roomba 980 or iRobot the 900 series.
But the Freo X Ultra has its shortcomings, particularly when it comes to navigation. Its laser sensors and LiDAR sensors aren't as reliable as other robotvacs. robotic vacuum cleaner sale means that it can get stuck or get confused in certain corners or rooms in the house. It also can't climb stairs as well as other models and isn't equipped with a dock to create a clean zone for carpets that are soft.
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an excellent option for those looking for an automated vacuum that can do it all.
If you're looking to cut costs or don't mind the limitations of the robot, there are other options on the market. A lot of eufy models are considerably less. The eufy Qrevo Curv, for instance, is cheaper and offers a similar in-app experience with additional features such as stair climbing, a full-function dock, and a better overall performance when vacuuming floors and low and high-pile carpets.
4. eufy RoboVac G30
Eufy is an Anker company that has a history of producing robot vacuums with the right balance of features, performance, and price. The G30 Hybrid is no different, offering a capable cleaning on hard floors and carpets and mopping function too at a reasonable price. It's simple to set up, just snap on one of the side brushes and turn it on, then connect your charging dock. The app will guide you through the steps needed to connect your G30 to your Wi-Fi. The dock must be located close to an outlet that has plenty of space to move.
The G30 is tiny, 2.85 inches tall to be precise and can be placed under sofas and other furniture with low clearance. Its design is less ostentatious than some rival models, and features sleek black finish and three buttons that are physical that control Auto Cleaning, which can be paused or started. Recharge and Spot Clean (which cleans the area in a spiral pattern for two minutes). It is also possible to connect the G30 with Amazon Alexa or Google Home to use voice commands to do routine cleaning tasks that are not scheduled.
The way in which the G30 cleans is what differentiates it from its competitors. It uses a built-in map to create an image of immovable objects it encounters and then keeps track of what it has already cleaned and what it isn't able to access. If it requires a recharge, it returns to its base and resumes cleaning where it began.
The elegant G30 has a few flaws. The iRobot Roomba is built better and has lower cost of operation. It is faster to charge, has similar battery life and performs better on unfinished carpet or floors with low pile. It has a larger dust bin that doesn't require as much emptying. It also has border strips that block it from certain areas. The G30 is more affordable and simpler to maintain. Its smaller dust canister doesn't need emptying as often and it has less trouble with bulky material such as cereal.
